You’re in the absolute strongest industry to be in during a slow economy and as the established practice in the area we are growing!

Wouldn’t it be nice to work with your spouse?! We are a mixed animal practice looking for two veterinarians. The openings are a result of a couple relocating and as married owners working alongside each other we encourage couples to apply. That said, sole practitioners are certainly welcome to apply!

Our large animal practice opened in 1981. Eight years later, companion animal services were added. Since then, we have become an established and growing Mixed Animal practice. Our practice is supported by a number of dedicated technicians. We’ve been blessed in the past! Our staff turnover is low as each of us loves the work we do and the family environment found within the practice.

Currently operating with two large animal doctors, we are seeking a third to join the team; we focus on herd health and diet management. Our small animal practice desires an associate with great client communication skills. Experienced or new graduates are welcome.

The most important attributes are – Attitude - Values - Work ethic.

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience with a base salary starting at $60,000 for small animal and $63,000 for large animal. Benefits include family health insurance with prescriptions, vacation, sick time, scrub allowance, association dues, liability insurance, CE allowance, license fees, dues for two professional organizations of your choice, subscriptions to two veterinary journals of your choice and profit sharing starting at 3% up to 15% . Because of our profit sharing benefit, a buy-in opportunity is very cheap relative to other practices of our size and success.

To top it all off, We have lunch together everyday of whatever is provided, be it sub sandwiches or a big pot of chili!!!

Located in a rural community we enjoy many natural resources that provide numerous opportunities for outdoor activities. We are one hour outside of Wasau, one hour twenty minutes outside of Eau Claire and two hours outside of La Crosse.
