[1] The 1991 OIE Health Reports quotes an all-species total of 68 outbreaks with 31,620,000 animals vaccinated.
[2] The 1993 OIE Health Report claims that there is a reduction in the incidence of outbreaks following annual vaccination but the reduction, if it exists, seems to be limited to reported cattle outbreaks.
[3] Cattle & sheep/goat outbreaks occurred in 14/27 provinces.
