Emergencies and urgent referrals are seen 24 hours a day.
If you have an emergency or
urgent consult during normal business please call your regular
veterinarian. If you don't have a regular veterinarian please call:

Between 5 PM and 8 AM, weekends and public holidays an emergency
veterinarian is available to attend to your animal please call above
number.
If emergency surgery is
indicated, the emergency staff will notify the surgeons who are on-call.
Otherwise, the animal will be treated by the emergency staff and
transferred to the back to your veterinarian or one of our specialist
services the next business morning.
