The Veterinary
Teaching Hospital's Small Animal Clinic is on the LSU campus in Baton
Rouge, Louisiana at the corner of River Road and Skip Bertman Drive
(formerly South Stadium Drive). We are right next to the levee of the
Mississippi River, just to the west of the LSU baseball and football
stadiums. If you have questions or problems finding us, please do not
hesitate to call us at 225-578-9600.
The central part of the LSU campus is closed
to public vehicular traffic from 7:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.,
Monday through Friday. This is part of the new Easy
Streets campaign, which is designed to reduce
the on-campus traffic congestion and facilitate pedestrian
access to campus buildings.
The five
sets of directions below will get you from Interstate 10,
I-12, or LA 30 directly to the LSU SVM, avoiding the streets closed to outside
traffic.

the Mississippi River Bridge
Immediately after crossing over the Mississippi River
Bridge, take Exit 155A for Nicholson Drive; coming down the
exit ramp, make sure to follow the signs for Nicholson
Drive. At the bottom of the ramp is a traffic light; turn

onto Skip Bertman Drive and drive about half a mile toward
the river to the last driveway on the right. There will be a
