Orders can be placed via mail, phone, or e-mail. Payment
must be received in full before items are shipped. Forms
of payment accepted include checks and money orders for
all orders, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, or
Discover only) for phone and mail orders. All orders are
subject to a 9% sales tax. Shipping is $5.00 for the
first book and $2.00 for each additional book. Shipping
on other items varies and is determined on an individual
basis.
