Research Interests
Dr. Bauer is a diagnostic pathologist with a joint appointment in the Louisiana Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory and the Department of Pathobiological Sciences. His duties include gross and histopathologic interpretation of surgical biopsies and necropsies from outside veterinarians and from the LSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital. He also teaches fourth year veterinary students and pathology residents.
