What’s been going on in your life since vet school? We’d all like to
know, so please take a few minutes to fill out the form below (the asterisks
indicate the minimum information needed to keep our records up to date). In the
"Other Information" block you can include anything else you’d like to
share: children, hobbies, whatever. A short example biography is shown at the bottom of the
page. Click on "submit form" to email your updated information to the
Coordinator of Alumni Relations & Development, or print this page and mail or fax it to the address below.
Photos can be submitted by mail or in .jpg format as an email attachment.
We’ll post all information received so you and your former classmates can keep
up with each other.
Keeping your information current will assure
that you receive our newsletter, La Veterinaire, and timely announcements of upcoming events, such as continuing education programs and
alumni reunions.
Sample Biography: John Q. Smith, a 1997 SVM
graduate, completed his residency in small animal
surgery at Prestigious University’s College of
Veterinary Medicine in May, 1999, and has joined Furry
Friends Animal Hospital in Bigcity, Louisiana. Dr.
Smith is married to the former Mary Jones. Ms.
Jones-Smith is an associate editor of the Bigcity
Daily News. They have one child, John Jr., age 3, plus
a dog, two cats, and a hamster. The Smiths are avid
stamp collectors and do volunteer work finding homes
for stray cats and dogs in the Bigcity area.
