GRE Test Dates Have NOT Changed!

ETS has decided to offer the GRE General Test in its current computer-based, continuous testing format for the testing year September 2007-June 2008. For test takers and score users, nothing will change, with the possible exception of seamless adjustments to the Analytical Writing prompts (i.e., the writing tasks that the test takers respond to in the Analytical Writing section).

The deadline to take Graduate Record Exam (GRE) General Sections Verbal and Quantitative is November 15th. Inquiries concerning the GRE should be directed to the address below.

Graduate Record Examinations
P.O. Box 6000
Princeton, NJ 08541-6000

The LSU SVM is separate from LSU’s main campus so do not send your scores directly to the LSU main campus or Graduate School, only to the LSU SVM.  Please use the following codes when submitting your GRE scores to the LSU SVM:

  • School Code - 6381

  • Dept. Code - 0617

If you do not use BOTH of the two exact school and department codes given above, the LSU SVM will NOT receive your GRE scores!
