Quanta 200 Environmental Scanning Electron Microscope

The FEI Quanta 200 is an environmental SEM able to operate in high vacuum, low vacuum and ESEM mode (<2 torr). A variety of gases may be used and detectors for secondary and backscattered electrons are available in all vacuum modes. In addition, a Peltier stage is available to obtain temperatures from a above RT to below 0° C.

An embedded EDAX energy dispersive x-ray spectrometer is also available with qualitative and quantitative spectral analysis and x-ray mapping.

JEOL JEM-1011
 
The JEM 1011 is a 100kV TEM equipped with both 4x5 plate film and an AMT XR-60 digital camera. It also has electronc stage control and a eucentric goniometer with "20E tilt.
